Using the form below, you can submit any customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction related to our services to our company.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Any complaints you send us will be promptly reviewed within the framework of our quality management policy, and we will respond to you accordingly.

Evaluating the complaint handling process is free of charge for the complainant.

When personal information about the complainant is needed, it will only be obtained for the purpose of addressing the complaint within the organization. Unless the customer or complainant explicitly consents to its disclosure, this information cannot be shared.

The time required to resolve a complaint may vary depending on the severity of the issue.

There is also a suggestion and complaint box in our laboratory for customer satisfaction purposes.
